The Broader Field

Executive Leadership, Integrative Coaching & Creative Mastery

Working with clients in their personal and professional development

Our Approach

At The Broader Field, we operate where strategic intellect meets embodied innovation. We believe that true growth—whether in executive leadership, deep personal coaching, or creative practice—happens when cognitive insight is anchored in somatic intelligence and real-time adaptability.

Strategic intellect provides the vision and analytical depth. Embodied innovation provides the physical resonance, nervous system regulation, creativity, instinct and vocal authority required to bring that vision into reality. By bridging depth psychology, behavioural science, and performance mechanics, our work transforms high-level concepts into lived, instinctual capability.

Drawing on over two decades of performance mastery, somatic facilitation, and movement direction at premier institutions like NIDA and Actors Centre Australia, our approach translates time-tested theatrical and psychological frameworks into actionable tools for individual and group growth.

We create high-trust, psychologically safe environments in the coaching room, the boardroom, and the studio where individuals connect mind with body, science with art, empowering them to lead, create, and evolve from the inside out.

The whole day was structured in a way that put the group at ease working together so by the time we did our individual presentations at the end of the day, I felt less nervous.
